Roads to Success has been serving New York City youth since 1999, providing comprehensive afterschool programs, summer camps, college preparation, and workforce development services. The organization’s mission is to equip young people with the skills, experiences, and support they need to succeed in school, college, and career. Roads to Success operates multiple Cornerstone community centers and school-based programs across NYC, creating pathways to opportunity for underserved youth. Their holistic approach combines academic support, enrichment activities, mentorship, and family engagement to help young people reach their full potential.
