  2. Complete Application Fill out enrollment forms with parent/guardian and student information.

  3. Submit Documents Provide required documentation including proof of age, address, and school enrollment.

  4. Interview & Tour Meet with program staff and tour the facility to learn about daily activities and schedules.

  5. Register for Membership Complete Boys & Girls Club membership registration (nominal annual fee may apply).

  6. Start Attending Begin participating in daily afterschool programming with transportation arrangements as needed.
