Davidson Cornerstone serves as a hub for resources, youth and community development, advocacy and organizing, and provides referral services to network, partners, and stakeholders per the needs of individuals and families. Davidson Cornerstone serves ages Kindergarten through adults with a portfolio of activities and support including academic enrichment, sports and recreation, cultural arts, STEM learning, civic engagement opportunities, financial literacy, mentoring, and leadership development.

Phipps Neighborhoods (formerly Phipps Community Development Corporation) has served New York City families since 1972, providing comprehensive community services including youth development, early childhood education, workforce training, and resident services. Phipps creates affordable housing and offers education and programs that support the goal of building thriving communities. Davidson Cornerstone is a vital hub serving the Melrose/Morrisania neighborhood with wrap-around services for all ages.

  2. Choose Age-Appropriate Programs Select from elementary after-school, teen programs, or adult services based on needs.

  3. Complete Registration Fill out enrollment forms for your selected programs and activities.

  4. Submit Documents Provide required documentation including proof of age, address, and emergency contacts.

  5. Begin Participation Start enjoying academic support, arts, sports, STEM, and community activities!
