  2. Complete Application Fill out the After School All Stars program application form, available at the school.

  3. Submit Documentation Provide required documents including proof of enrollment, emergency contacts, and parent/guardian consent.

  4. Attend Orientation Participate in a student and family orientation session to learn about program activities and expectations.

  5. Start Attending Begin participating in the program immediately after enrollment is complete.
