Community Counseling & Mediation For Youth Initiative (CCM-FYI) is Bridges|MS 915’s afterschool partner, providing comprehensive programming at no cost. CCM’s onsite counselors and activity specialists offer diverse activities while collaborating with Bridges teachers and outside providers to create well-rounded experiences for middle school students.

Community Counseling & Mediation (CCM) has served NYC youth and families since 1978. CCM provides school-based counseling, afterschool programs, family services, and mediation. Their For Youth Initiative (FYI) specializes in comprehensive afterschool programming that combines enrichment activities with mental health support. CCM’s unique model integrates professional counselors with activity specialists to address both developmental and social-emotional needs.
