Community Counseling & Mediation (CCM) has served NYC youth and families since 1978. CCM provides school-based counseling, afterschool programs, family services, and mediation. Their For Youth Initiative (FYI) specializes in comprehensive afterschool programming that combines enrichment activities with mental health support. CCM’s unique model integrates professional counselors with activity specialists to address both developmental and social-emotional needs.

  2. Complete Application Fill out the SONYC afterschool registration form for grades 6-8 students enrolled at Bridges.

  3. Submit Documents Provide required documentation including proof of age, address, emergency contacts, and medical information.

  4. Program Orientation Attend an orientation session to learn about activity options, schedules, and counseling support available.
