The BCS Beacon program is a dynamic, school-based community center in North Brooklyn serving middle school and high school youth, adults, and families. The program helps young people acquire skills to graduate from high school, succeed in their chosen career, and give back to the community through comprehensive programming year-round.

Brooklyn Bureau of Community Service (BCS) has served Brooklyn since 1928, making it one of the borough’s oldest social service organizations. BCS provides youth development, family services, education programs, and community support across multiple Brooklyn neighborhoods. Their Beacon programs create school-based community centers that serve the entire neighborhood with comprehensive, year-round services. BCS is currently hiring for positions at this location.
