As a COMPASS Elementary provider, Development Outreach combines academic enrichment with cultural education, ensuring students receive well-rounded after-school experiences rooted in their community.

  2. Verify Eligibility Confirm your child is in grades K-5 (ages 5-11) and attends a participating school.

  3. Complete COMPASS Application Fill out enrollment forms for the cultural/educational after-school program.

  4. Submit Documents Provide required documentation including proof of age, school enrollment, and emergency contacts.
