Samuel Field YM & YWHA has been serving the Queens community since 1898, making it one of the oldest Jewish community centers in New York City. For over 125 years, Samuel Field has provided comprehensive programs and services including early childhood education, afterschool programs, camp, fitness, arts, cultural activities, and senior services. The organization’s mission is to enhance the quality of life for people of all ages, backgrounds, and beliefs through educational, cultural, recreational, and social programs. Samuel Field operates the Joel E. Smilow Clubhouse and multiple school-based programs throughout Queens.

  2. Complete Application Fill out the Samuel Field YM & YWHA program application form, available at the school or online at sfy.org.

  3. Submit Documentation Provide required documents including proof of enrollment, emergency contacts, and parent/guardian consent forms.
